This week we had a bit of drama with chicken-on-chicken violence. Patrick and I had to kill one of the females, we moved a handful of females into the infirmary, we isolated one of the males, and built the "great wall" for chickens in the run. This week we had to clean the shed after moving the turkeys outside. We had to compost the shavings, sweep out the shed floor, and wash all the dishes from the baby chickens and baby turkeys. Patrick got to use the weed flame-thrower for the first time. And we talk about farm sitting, basketball camp, and our very first listener question. This week we moved the turkeys outside from the shed. The family worked together to setup the electric fencing, and Patrick took care of moving the birds out and helped with getting food and water setup. We also discuss our current Whiteboard Challenge, drones, and Lego Camp.
